 3. Plan creation and training start:

 • Within 24 hours of payment confirmation, we’ll reach out to start designing your plan.

 • You’ll receive your training plan via email within 3 to 5 days, ready to kick-start your fitness journey!

2. How do I choose the right training plan?

Choosing the right plan depends on your goals and current fitness level. When you request the service, we’ll help you decide based on:

 • Your primary goal (e.g., endurance, speed, strength, or weight loss).

 • Your available training hours per week.

 • Your available equipment (e.g., smart trainer or gym access).
