Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges or returns can be made within 7 (seven) days after receiving the product, as long as it is in the same condition as when it was delivered.

Exchanges will be accepted under the following conditions:

•        Defective product;

•        Incorrect product received;

The customer must contact our Customer Service Center via email: contact@manalcycling.com to receive instructions for the return or exchange. The product should be returned via postal service in the same condition it was received (original packaging, accessories if any, manuals, invoice, etc.). Since we offer free shipping on purchases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to Manal Cycling, and in the case of exchanges, Manal Cycling will cover the shipping cost for sending the correct product back to the customer.

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

•        Improper use of the product;

•        Product is not in its original packaging;

•        Labels have been tampered with;     Missing accessories;             Signs of use.

For exchanges, if the above conditions are met, the customer can choose another product from our website or exchange it for the same one. If the new product is more expensive, the customer will need to pay the price difference. If it is cheaper, the customer will receive the price difference.

For returns and refunds, if the above conditions are met, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the product (shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded), using the same payment method as the original purchase. If the purchase was made by credit card, the refund will be processed on the next billing cycle.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS DUE TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESS OR ABSENCE OF THE RECIPIENT: 

It is not possible to change the delivery address after the product has been shipped. If the address is incorrect and the product is returned to the sender, no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer will not be entitled to a refund and will need to place a new order for the product.

Ensure that someone is available at the address to receive the product. The postal service will attempt delivery three times. If no one is available to receive the package during any of the attempts, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for reshipping the product.
